1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by Royalwood Hotel”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By booking a room or using our facilities, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

2. Reservations and Check-In

• Guests must be at least 18 years old to make a reservation.

• A valid government-issued photo ID and a valid credit/debit card are required at check-in.

• Check-in time: 12PM Check-out time: 12PM

• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

3. Payment Policy

• Payment must be made in full upon check-in unless otherwise agreed.

• We accept cash, major credit/debit cards, and approved digital payment methods.

• A security deposit may be required at check-in.

• All rates are quoted in USD and are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes (specify).

4. Cancellation and No-Show Policy

• Free cancellation up to 24 hours/1 days before arrival.

• Cancellations made after this period will incur a 100%

• No-shows will be charged 50% of booking amount.

• Refunds may take up to 7 business days to process. Depending on Bank

5. Guest Responsibilities

• Guests must not cause disturbance to other guests or damage hotel property.

• Non-registered guests are not allowed in guest rooms after 10PM.

•  A cleaning fee of $20 USD will be charged for violations.

• Pets are allowed. If allowed, additional charges may apply.

6. Hotel Rights

• We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel bookings in cases of fraud, misconduct, or violation of hotel policies.

• The Hotel is not liable for loss or theft of guest belongings. Use of in-room safes is recommended.

• In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., maintenance issues, natural disasters), we may relocate guests to similar accommodations or offer refunds.

7. Facilities Use

• Use of amenities (e.g., gym, pool, Wi-Fi) is at the guest’s own risk.

• Children must be supervised at all times.

• We reserve the right to restrict facility access for safety or maintenance purposes.

8. Liability

• The Hotel is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or damages resulting from improper use of facilities or violation of these Terms.

• Guests are liable for any damage caused to hotel property during their stay and will be charged accordingly.

9. Privacy Policy

• We collect personal information to process reservations and improve services.

• Information is stored securely and not shared with third parties except as required by law.

10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction/Nepal]. Any disputes arising will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Biratnagar.
